FAQ's

How and when will reps be paid?

If a promoter chooses to pay reps for their ticket sales, they will be paid on the first Tuesday or Thursday of the month after the successful delivery of the event and once the promoter has been paid. Money will reach the rep’s nominated account within 2 working days. Should a Bank Holiday fall within the payment days, clearance will be delayed by 1 day. The commission balance due has to be over £10 to be paid, if not it is rolled over to the next month or whenever the threshold is met.

How are points for reps calculated?

Points are worked out on the face value of your ticket. 10 points are attributed for every £1. For example, a ticket with a face value of £14 would be equal to 140 points.

How can I create Discount Codes

Once signed into the Promotion Centre, click on the name of the event you would like to add discounts to and on the left-hand navigation menu click 'Manage Tickets'. Then click 'Discount Codes'. Fill in the specifics of your promotion (Name, percentage and to which ticket your promotion applies). Select the usage limit of your code and, if applicable, the number of uses, create your unique discount code and click save. How are commissions paid?

All commissions are tracked in real time through your affiliate dashboard. Payments are made monthly via the Faster Payment Service, with funds typically reaching your account within two hours of transfer.

Do I need an account to list an event?

Yes. But don't worry, it takes minutes to register with us and by signing up, you’ll open the door to a whole range of benefits.

Can reps purchase tickets from their own link?

Reps cannot buy tickets for themselves from their own links, this ensures customers don’t use the rep system to get discounts off their own purchases.
